Based on this report:

A potential investor has been identified, but before it is willing to commit, it has requested information about SunsTruck’s current debt from the junior accountants.

·  Identify the correct financial statement for your junior accountants that will provide the investor with the information it has requested. Underline your selection:

·  Income Statement

·  Balance Sheet

·  Cash Flow Statement

Since the beginning of medical practices, quality assurance has continued to change for the better through relevant standards of care that aid in the decision-making of ambiguous and mystifying health care practices and issues (Jochanan & Mark, 1998). Standardizing healthcare reduces people from doing their own thing, leading to unhealthy patterns and increased service costs. Recognized globally, health care standards aid in the sustainment of quality care, the development of medical platforms, and the assessment of essential topics/needs, leadership development, preventative medicine, and the management of treatment through federal and state governance (Health Standards Organization (HSO), 2020). Each category enhances a patient’s medical experience through their interactions with medical staff and personnel, ensuring excellent care and support.  Regulated health care standards establish/reinforces a healthy organizational structure that supports medical professionals, the public, and the creation of policies. Each entity is essential in reassuring the need for standardizing care across the board.

Jochanan and Mark (1998) define adequate health standards as implementing a settled agreement amongst a patient, a concerned medical professional, and a medical facility when providing, promoting, or implementing therapeutic intervention that is constant with existing standards of care. From my experience, I believe that the standards of care are adequate. However, I do think that a person who had a negative experience may think that standards of care are inadequate. The question of is standards of care adequate leads to a subjective discussion.

Assessment Instructions

Overview

What do we mean when we discuss the future of work? We are moving away from the classic employment model: you are hired full time and work 40-hour weeks, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at a desk in an office with your fellow employees. The future of work is really happening now. You may remember learning about the industrial revolutions of the past and their impact on the economy and the nature of work. Today we are in the fourth Industrial Revolution, or Industry 4.0. This new world of technology is characterized by:

  • Instant communication and connectedness.
  • Virtual/remote workspaces.
  • Age-diverse workforce.
  • Move away from lifelong careers at a single company, more of an open talent economy.
  • AI and automation, or machines taking over some workforce tasks and jobs.

In this assessment, you will examine the future of work and the key skills and behaviors necessary for succeeding in the evolving workplace.

Module 2: Discussion 2.1: Defining Human Resource Management

In your own words, what does it mean to define human resource management as a strategic set of assumptions and actions? How do the “5 Ways to Become More Business Savvy” from Chapter 2 of the Fitz-Enz text assist human resource leadership in driving the “Human Financial Interface” and “Human Capital in Value Added” metrics?

Your initial post (approximately 200-250 words) should address each question in the discussion directions and is due by 11:59 PM Central Time on Wednesday.
