As the company HR leader, you  are accountable to the organization to ensure that all employee  terminations are initiated and completed while maintaining strict  adherence to current employment laws and EEOC guidelines.

quick answer

Energy resource managers analyze human uses and impacts on resources and propose sound conservation practices. However, economic growth and societal expansion compete with resource conservation and restrictions. Resource usage, conservation, and preservation need to be balanced in order to promote sustainability. Visit the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) to learn how energy (nuclear, solar, wind, etc.) in your state is generated.

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

  • Describe one energy resource that is readily available in your community or state. What are the impacts and/or consequences of delivering it to your community? How do your actions impact the provision of this resource?

I like how you went further and included an NGO as an example. Organizations need each of these so that project managers have the mental and professional empowerment they need to execute well. You stated accurately that by having these aspects, both leaders and followers in the organization conducting various projects will have guidelines to base their decisions and make sound decisions.
