Instructions:

The student must investigate on possible sites (magazines, associations, conferences, journal) where to post the project and results as a way of project dissemination and submit the requested requirements by the site to start with the process.

1. Your email sent to the contact person at the possible site for publication
2. The answer received.
3. All the requirements that you may cover to start with the publication process.

Your post should include so many pages as needed to present all the information requested above. It must be formatted and cited in the current APA style with support of all the academic sources used to complete this project.

• When citing the work of other authors, including citations and references, use APA style to respect their intellectual property and avoid plagiarism.
• Your assignment will be run through Turnitin to check for plagiarism. 

• Read the articles by Sikka, Morath, & Leape (2015); Crabtree, Brennan, Davis, & Coyle (2016); and Kim et al. (2016) provided in the Resources.
• Reflect on how EBP might impact (or not impact) the Quadruple Aim in healthcare.
• Consider the impact that EBP may have on factors impacting these quadruple aim elements, such as preventable medical errors or healthcare delivery.

• Identify and review two additional scholarly resources (not included in the Resources for this module) that focus on change strategies implemented by healthcare organizations to address your selected national healthcare issue/stressor.

Once you received your three case numbers; answer the specific question on the table above. Then, continue to discuss the 3 topics listed below for your case: (CASE 2 5 AND 6)

1. An effective health assessment incorporates not only physiological parameters; please suggest other parameters that should be considered and included on health assessments to reach maximal health potential on individuals.
2. Name the different family developmental stages and give examples of each one.
3. Describe family structure and function and the relationship with health care.
