prolog questions

Please do the following exercises in The Art of Prolog, Second Edition and submit a ZIP file consisting of your submission files.  There should be a separate file ending in .prolog or .pl for each section.  (Keep in mind that the .pl file extension unfortunately conflicts with Perl, a language that is far more popular than Prolog; this is important when dealing with syntax highlighters and other text editor and IDE features.)  Please make sure that your solutions run in SWI-Prolog in order to receive full credit.

Executive Program Practical Connection Assignment on Information Governance

Executive Program Practical Connection Assignment on Information Governance

At UC, it is a priority that students are provided with strong educational programs and courses that allow them to be servant-leaders in their disciplines and communities, linking research with practice and knowledge with ethical decision-making. This assignment is a written assignment where students will demonstrate how this course research has connected and put into practice within their own careers. Assignment: Provide a reflection of at least 500 words (or 2 pages double-spaced) of how the knowledge, skills, or theories of this course have been applied or could be applied, in a practical manner to your current work environment. If you are not currently working, share times when you have or could observe these theories, and knowledge could be applied to an employment opportunity in your field of study.

Requirements: Provide a 500 word (or 2 pages double spaced) minimum reflection.Use of proper APA formatting and citations. If supporting evidence from outside resources is used those must be properly cited. Share a personal connection that identifies specific knowledge and theories from this course. Demonstrate a connection to your current work environment. If you are not employed, demonstrate a connection to your desired work environment. You should not provide an overview of the assignments assigned in the course. The assignment asks that you reflect on how the knowledge and skills obtained through meeting course objectives were applied or could be applied in the workplace. Do not use prior assignments in the completion of this activity. This is specific to the concepts presented in ITS833 and how you will use them or do use them in your professional lives.

Limitations of Blockchain and Emerging Concepts

The Final Project has two parts: Limitations of Blockchain and Emerging Concepts.

Blockchain continues to be deployed into various businesses and industries. However, Blockchain is not without its problems.  Several challenges have already been associated with the use of this technology.  Identify at least 5 key challenges to Blockchain. Additionally, discuss potential solutions to these challenges. Lastly, please discuss if we will see the limitations to blockchain be reduced or mitigated in the future.

There are several emerging concepts that are using Big Data and Blockchain Technology. Please search the internet and highlight 5 emerging concepts that are exploring the use of Blockchain and Big Data and how they are being used.

Conclude your paper with a detailed conclusion section that discusses both limitations and emerging concepts.

Your paper should meet the following requirements:

  • Be approximately six to eight pages in length, not including the required cover page and reference page.
  • Follow APA 7 guidelines. Your paper should include an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.
  • Support your answers with the readings from the course and at least ten scholarly journal articles to support your positions, claims, and observations, in addition to your textbook. The UC Library is a great place to find resources.
  • Be clearly and well-written, concise, and logical, using excellent grammar and style techniques. You are being graded in part on the quality of your writing

Discussion 7

The article on IRB this week discusses broad consent under the revised Common Rule. When you are doing any sort of research you are going to need to have your research plan approved by the University’s institutional review board or IRB. If you have never heard of this term before, please take a look online and find a brief summary of what it is about, before you read the article.

Please answer the following questions in your main post:

  • What are the main issues that the article addresses?
  • What is the Common Rule?
  • How is this issue related to information systems and digital privacy?

At least one scholarly source should be used in the initial discussion thread. Be sure to use information from your readings and other sources from the UC Library. Use proper citations and references in your post.
