This e-portfolio assessment is designed to be used as both a learning tool and as a professional portfolio that you can include in your resume or applications for jobs. You want to begin developing your portfolio ideas during Week 3, even though it is not due until Week 8. In this assignment you are asked to choose any three of the four HRMN 302 course outcomes and reflect on your learning in our class.

There are two distinct parts to this assignment. The first is your reflective ideas about your learning for three of the four course goals. The second is the actual creation of the E-portfolio on the Google Site. There is a partially completed portfolio provided for you at the very end of these instructions.

 In the transcripts provided for the final project case study, many legal risks occur through the actions of the characters. Based on the readings for this module, what laws are applicable in this situation and how are they applicable? Support your response with specific examples. Additionally, who should be accountable for the potential legal failures in this scenario? How can the supervisor and call center manager create a culture of accountability? 

This project entails a performance assessment, results analysis, and the creation of a development plan for focused career improvement. You will be required to solicit performance feedback (anonymous and confidential) for developmental purposes from multiple sources (e.g., supervisors, co-workers, subordinates, or customers). We will use an online 360 feedback tool administered by an outside vendor. Less than 6 pages.

At this point, you’ve organized your HR project team and you are  familiar with the importance of leading and managing the project and  team. It is now time to plan your project, which happens to be a large  and critical part of project management. Project planning tends to be  collaborative and integrative in that many factors, such as scope,  resourcing, budgeting, and risk, need to be considered.

Write a 5–6 page paper in which you:

1. Define and discuss scope and scheduling as they each relate to  project management, and provide a statement of importance to your  project team so they know the relevance of each task.
