This e-portfolio assessment is designed to be used as both a learning tool and as a professional portfolio that you can include in your resume or applications for jobs. You want to begin developing your portfolio ideas during Week 3, even though it is not due until Week 8. In this assignment you are asked to choose any three of the four HRMN 302 course outcomes and reflect on your learning in our class.

There are two distinct parts to this assignment. The first is your reflective ideas about your learning for three of the four course goals. The second is the actual creation of the E-portfolio on the Google Site. There is a partially completed portfolio provided for you at the very end of these instructions.

The four course outcomes for HRMN 302 are:

Your HR project to develop a centralized model of delivering HR  services has progressed through very critical stages of the project thus  far. It is now time to present actionable, decision-making information  to project leaders. This can be best accomplished when projects have  been successfully managed, are devoid of any major risks, and have been  properly closed out and finalized.

Narrative and solution-focused therapy are postmodern theories of working with couples and families. In terms of practitioner relationships, both forms of therapy can be viewed as more collaborative than other theories discussed thus far in the course. They emphasize a more equal distribution of power between helping professional and client. They also promote movement away from a traditional metaphor of couple/family relations toward conceptualizing couple/family relationships as networks of co-constructed meanings.

John is a 26-year-old male who has recently been diagnosed as HIV positive. He comes to your organization hoping to seek supportive services for persons diagnosed with HIV.
