• Once you have found the infected organism, write a three-pages review of the process you went through and the results you obtained. You must identify the disease found and define the epidemiological process you used. Make sure to describe how you used it. This paper must be written in APA format, typed in Times New Roman with 12-point font, and double-spaced with 1” margins. Use at least two references that support your findings.

1. Discuss the differences between heart failure in adults versus children (congenital heart disease).

Case Study

Case Study

Elizabeth Jefferies is a divorced 46-year-old mother of two children (Lily age 8 years and Felix age 10 years) and the daughter of two aging parents in the southeastern United States. She and her children have recently relocated from an urban neighborhood to a rural town to care for her parents, Robert and Susan. The move involved a job change for Elizabeth, a change in schools for the children, and an increased distance from the children’s father Chris. Robert is a 72-year-old Methodist minister who recently suffered a stroke, leaving him with diminished motor function of his left side and difficulty swallowing. Susan is 68 years old and suffers from fibromyalgia, limiting her ability to assist with the daily care of her husband. She has experienced an increase in generalized pain, difficulty sleeping, and worsening fatigue since her husband’s stroke.

Choose one population-specific case management issue in Chapter 12 of the Clark textbook that interests you (Behavioral Health/Mental health)  Find a research article addressing this topic and write an article critique. Then, search for three more articles to support the application into practice. Your submission should be an APA formatted essay of 1500 to 2000 words and include a minimum of four (4) references outside of the text for this course.

1. Describe a time spirituality was important in your life or that of someone you love or cared for (e.g., family member, friend, patient). Why was it meaningful in that situation?
2. What would you do if a patient asked you to pray with them or read the Bible or another holy book he/she might have at the bedside? How would this request make you feel? Would you experience any conflict if you were a different faith than the patient? Explain your answer.

• Your topic of interest.
• A correctly formatted APA citation of the article you selected, along with link or search details.
• Identify a professional practice use of the theories/concepts presented in the article.
• Analysis of the article using the “Research Analysis Matrix” section of the template
• Write a 1-paragraph justification stating whether you would recommend this article to inform professional practice.
• Write a 2- to 3-paragraph summary that you will add to your Academic Success and Professional Development Plan that includes the following:
  • Describe your approach to identifying and analyzing peer-reviewed research.
  • Identify at least two strategies that you would use that you found to be effective in finding peer-reviewed research.
  • Identify at least one resource you intend to use in the future to find peer-reviewed research.
