Please run a Google search of the term, “United States Supreme Court Carpenter v. United States 2018.”

We have looked at how to create links to pages that are internal to our site as well as external links to other pages. This week, we’re going to discuss hyperlinks for our own site as well as other sites online. Consider the following questions:

• How does your file structure (where your pages are housed on the Web server) effect the code for your links?
• What is the advantage or disadvantage of having multiple folders for your site?
• Why is it important to understand the target attribute of the anchor tag?

Demonstrate it: You are developing a site for travel. From the homepage, a visitor wants to view packages for a trip to Japan. Based on the attached file structure and your knowledge of the Internet, write the code for links to the following:

For all writing assignments ensure that you do the following:

• Write 1000 to 1500 words in APA format. 
• Utilize at least five scholarly references.  
• Note that scholarly references do not include Wikipedia, .COM websites, blogs, or other non-peer reviewed sources.  
• Utilize Google Scholar and/or the university library.  
• Do  not copy and paste bulleted lists.  Instead, read the material and in  your words, describe the recommendation citing the source.  
• Review the rubric to see how you will be graded.
• Plagiarism will result in a zero for the assignment.  
• The second instance of plagiarism will result in your failure of this class.
• If you use a source, cite it.  If you do not, it is plagiarism.

Need a Quantitative Journal, The topic is up to you as long as you choose a peer-reviewed, academic research piece. 

Please use APA formatting and include the following information:

• Introduction/Background:  Provide context for the research article.  What led the author(s) to write the piece? What key concepts were explored? Were there weaknesses in prior research that led the author to the current hypothesis or research question?
• Methodology:  Describe how the data was gathered and analyzed.  What research questions or hypotheses were the researcher trying to explore? What statistical analysis was used?
• Study Findings and Results:  What were the major findings from the study? Were there any limitations?
• Conclusions:  Evaluate the article in terms of significance, research methods, readability and the implications of the results.  Does the piece lead into further study? Are there different methods you would have chosen based on what you read? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the article in terms of statistical analysis and application? (This is where a large part of the rubric is covered.) 
• References  

There are TWO tasks that you would need to do( they are separate): 

Task 1 (Minimum 300 words): 

– As an IT manager, discuss how your company will use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to integrate the various functions of an entity. 

– What are the advantages of using ERP? 

– In your discussion, please be sure to provide a substantive explanation of what ERP is and give an example(s) of ERP. Use APA throughout.

TASK 2:

Write a reply to the two responses in the attached document ( Response 1 and Response 2) with 150 words for each. 

There should be no plagiarism. Attach a plagiarism report with 0 % similarity index.

Be sure to use PROPER APA format as I have just completed above. Failure to cite an article in PROPER APA format will result in a grade that is not desired.

Lab #2 – Data Mining, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Text Mining, Sentiment Analysis and Social Analytics

• Search the internet and find scholarly content on at least two of the topics above.

o Find at least 5 related references

• Create a WORD document of at least 500-750 words (2-3 pages) on how these technologies work and how they can be used to support a business.

o Do not include a cover page

o Enter your name and lab assignment # in the heading of your paper

o Include the references at the end of your paper (using APA format)

o Include Citations for each reference (using APA format) in the text wherever they apply.

Unit 5 Project Downloadable Instructions

This final part of your project will utilize what you learned during  the previous phases of the project into a comprehensive paper describing  the entire project. 

A this point you should have completed the first four phases of your  project.  Now you must come up with a proposal in regards to delivering  these services to the 500 homes in your area.  Write up your findings  and your network recommendations along with the pricing you will use for  customers attaching to your network.  Split the cost up between  customers so that you can have a reasonable rate of return without  charging excessive rates for your services. 

Include this information while summarizing the previous project parts  in an APA formatted paper.  Make sure you do conduct some research as  well- you want to make sure you use  industry standard terms and  technology in your paper. 

If you have you been involved with a company doing a redesign of business processes, discuss what went right during the redesign and what went wrong from your perspective. Additionally, provide a discussion on what could have been done better to minimize the risk of failure. If you have not yet been involved with a business process redesign, research a company that has recently completed one and discuss what went wrong, what went right, and how the company could have done a better job minimizing the risk of failure.

Your paper should meet the following requirements:

• Be approximately 3-4 pages in length, not including the required cover page and reference page.

• Follow APA6 guidelines. Your paper should include an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.

• Support your answers with the readings from the course and at least two scholarly journal articles to support your positions, claims, and observations, in addition to your textbook. The UC Library is a great place to find resources.

• Be clearly and well-written, concise, and logical, using excellent grammar and style techniques. You are being graded in part on the quality of your writing.
