History of Computer Architecture:
Write a one page summary report that highlights the history of computer architecture and the main events. Use the APA style that includes a cover page and a reference page. Use the APA template document in this folder to help you write your report.

Please read the question on the screenshot provided. I will provide more file needed for the assignment. It is a Matlab assignment. It should not take longer than one hour since only basic coding is required.

Textbook:

Chapter 7. Use of Locks in Physical Security Crime Prevention. It is noting that the use of locks in physical crime prevention is to enumerate available procedures needed to implement and enforce using locks as active components of security operations. Keys and lock are the most widely used security apparatus to support individuals and organization determination attempts to protect their facility and assets against intruders and perpetrators. Notably, there are different types of locking devices available to the public, but importance and efficiency of implementation of keys and locking system depends solely on the combination of interrelated factors such as designing, manufacturing, installation, upgrading and maintenance activities. Individuals, facility manager and organization must include the all parameters of defensive, offensive, strength and weakness, advantages, and disadvantages. The projected procedures must include the danger of doing nothing and lacking behind.

 Project on the surveillance state consists of two parts:

1. A Powerpoint presentation consisting of at least 12 slides not including title and references.

2. 1000 word research  paper with at least 3 sources.

You must include at least 3 quotes from your sources enclosed in quotation marks and cited in-line. 

There should be no lists – bulleted, numbered or otherwise. 

Write in essay format with coherent paragraphs not in outline format.

Do your own work. Zero points will be awarded if you copy other’s work and do not cite your source or you use word replacement software.

• How will security be implemented in the Linux systems—both workstations and servers?

• End users have expressed some concern about completing their day-to-day tasks on Linux. How would activities such as web browsing work? How would they work with their previous Microsoft Office files?

• The current Windows administrators are unsure about administering Linux systems. How are common tasks, such as process monitoring and management, handled in Linux? How does logging work? Do we have event logs like we do in Windows?

The deliverable for this phase of the project is a memo. There is no minimum or maximum page requirement, but all of the questions must be fully answered with sufficient detail. The recommended format is to respond to the questions in a bulleted format. Provide sufficient detail to fully address the questions. You must cite at least two quality sources.

Create a memorandum template with a header of your own design or choosing, brief introduction, addresses Faster Computing, Inc’s questions, and summarizes your position on adopting the specific version of Linux.

Your memorandum should not include spelling or grammatical errors. Any Linux commands must be displayed in lower case. Information technology acronyms (e.g., SSH or FTP) should be explained for the reader.
