6.1 Devotional

We are in the last workshop of this course and of your degree program as well. You have been persistent and are about to finish. Even God’s Word has something to say about completing what we start: Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him”  (English Standard Version, 2001/2016, James 1:12(new tab)).

The writer of the book of James from the Bible is talking about faith and our reward of an eternity with Him, God, in Heaven. It also says something about completing any task or project, even life, that we take on with serious intent.

PowerPoint_Introductory_Capstone2_Summer_Products

Project Description:

In this project, you will apply skills you practiced from the Objectives in PowerPoint Chapters 1 through 3. You will develop a presentation that Irene Shviktar, Vice President of Marketing, will show at a corporate marketing retreat that summarizes the company’s plans to expand the summer sports product line.

Open   the file named Student_PowerPoint_Capstone2_Summer_Products.pptx downloaded with this project.

Change the Slide Size to   Widescreen, and then change the Colors to Red.

Format the background of Slide 1   with the picture downloaded with this project—pCap2_Boating.jpg. Select the subtitle, and then change the font   color to the first color in the first column. Apply bold to the subtitle.

With Slide 1 displayed, insert   the second slide from the downloaded presentation named pCap2_Company_Overview.pptx.

Mac users: Insert all slides and delete the slide titled Front Range Action Sports with the subtitle that begins Irene Shviktar

On Slide 2, in the content   placeholder, center the paragraph, increase the font size to 32, and then   apply bold and italic. If necessary, click the Bullets button to toggle it   off.

On Slide 2, change the line   spacing of the content placeholder text to 1.5. Change the shape fill to the   first color in the eighth column, and then change the font color to the first   color in the second column.

On Slide 2, format the content   placeholder with the first bevel shape effect—Round. Format the title with   the first WordArt style, and increase the font size to 80.

Note, depending on the version of Office used, the effect name may be Circle.

Display Slide 3, and then change   the slide layout to Content with Caption. In the content placeholder, from   the downloaded project files, insert pCap2_Wakeboard.jpg.   Apply the last Inner Shadow picture effect—Inside: Bottom Right.

Note, depending on the version of Office used, the shadow effect may be named   Inside Diagonal Bottom Right.

On Slide 3, format the slide background   with the Solid Fill Color; in the eight column, the fourth color. Be sure to   apply the background color only to Slide 3. Increase the font size of the   caption placeholder text to 24.

Display Slide 4, and then in the   content placeholder, insert the List type SmartArt graphic Vertical Block   List. Change the color to Colorful –   Accent Colors, and then apply the 3-D Cartoon Effect style. Center the slide   title and hide the background graphics.

In the SmartArt, in the top-left   orange rectangle, type Boating Industry and then click in the rectangle to the right. Type   two bullet points:

Loungers

On Slide 6 in the placeholder on   the right, search Online Pictures using the search phrase deck chair and then insert an appropriate   image from the results. Select and delete any additional text boxes that may   display when the image is inserted. To avoid file size limitations, compress   the online picture once it is inserted. Change the Height of the picture to   3.5 and then apply the Tight Reflection: Touching effect.

Note, alternatively, search for an image in a web browser, and then download   and insert a relevant image from the results.

Year   4 17.6 22.4 11.3

Apply Chart Style 5, and then   remove the Chart Title element. Animate the chart by applying the Wipe   entrance effect.

Display Slide 8, and then hide the   background graphics on the slide. Format the background with the downloaded   picture file—pCap2_Lake.jpg.

On Slide 8, align the text   placeholder to the center of the slide. Change the Font Color to the first   color in the first column and apply Bold.

In the slide thumbnails, select   Slides 5 and 9. Apply a Solid Fill background color using the second color in   the third column, under Theme colors.

Select the title, picture, and frame, and then align the   objects to the center of the slide.

To all of the slides in the   presentation, apply the Page Curl transition with the Single Left Effect   Option. Display Slide 6, and then apply the Split entrance effect to the   numbered list.

Python Program Project

In this project, you will write a Python program for a miniature “Isolation” game on a 3-by-3 board. Your program should make a suggestion about the best possible move for Player 1 (the player represented by Max nodes on the Min-Max search tree), and once Player makes his move, make the best move for Player 2 (the player represented by Min nodes on the Min-Max search tree), and iteratively enter rounds of moves till the end of game, in which one player cannot move and thus become the loser.

Remember to make the site appealing and place a chatroom

It is important to have the client’s meet the contractors. The chatroom is a good inclusion to the website because it will facilitate interaction and place users in a virtual marketplace that simulates the experience in a real life market with bids and offers. I used to like this site when the buyer could meet the seller without the mediator. I hope you can recreate that in the project I sent last time by adding to the list everyone at all the universities I have uploaded in the website database. But that is only after you have reviewed the list of students on the Capella University student list, My UALR student list, and APUS student list. I will later add Columbia College and Central Texas College student list later after you have reviewed the project attached. See previous question.

One more thing. This is for anyone that has sent a bid, and cannot get through to me. Let me know if you can “hangout” with google. I have sent a message to any applicant and bidder. Check your messages.

Windows Server 2012 with groups and policy

 Project 11-1: Configuring Zones

You have an Active Directory forest named csmtech.local and two Active Directory domains in the forest named csmpub.local and csmsales.local. You want the DNS servers in each domain to be able to handle DNS queries from client computers for any of the other domains. DNS servers in the csmtech.local and csmpub.local domains should be authoritative for their own domains and the csmsales.local domain. However, DNS servers in csmsales.local should be authoritative only for csmsales.local.

1. How should you set up the DNS servers and zones to handle this situation?

2. Explain how the DNS servers in each domain should be configured with zones. Be sure to include information about replication scope and zone types.
