Select an organization that has a Global platform (they operate in more than one country), that has demonstrated operational excellence.  In this paper, perform the following activities:

• Note the resources used to ensure success in their industry (remember resources are comprised of more than just people).

Safety cases would normally be required for any system that needs to be certified by a regulator before it is used, for example Air traffic control software.  (Read Chapter 12 )

Discuss one type of systems that may require software safety cases, and explain why safety cases are required for your proposed system ?

 Discuss the potential biases that may exist in different public health datasets. Feel free to focus on specific datasets or types of data that you are familiar with, but you can also consider the following types of data:

• Infectious disease data from public schools

• Genetic risk profiles from rural regions in developing countries

You have recently been hired as a Chief Information Governance Officer (CIGO) at a large company (You may choose your industry).
