Cryptography project proposal

 

Provide a half page proposal for your project. The topic must be in the field of Cryptography. For example, you can choose to study one of the many post-quantum cryptographic schemes, visual cryptography, RSA encryption, ECC encryption, quantum cryptography, how SSL works, how the Heartbleed attack worked, any of the digital signature schemes, bitcoins, what is DNSSEC, IPSEC, SSH, etc. These are just suggestions. Think out of the box and come up with unconventional topics, but related to Cryptography.

In the proposal, give a clear motivation of why you want to study that particular topic, and what you hope to learn out of it. It must also contain at least five relevant references that you used to form your opinion and will likely study as you work on your project.

Use 12 point, Times New Roman font, with 1 inch margins on US Letter page.

Submit your final draft of Chapter Two literature review . Before submitting, you should carefully review Chapter 2 and check the following:

Review all of your references. Are all references in APA format? Do all in-text citations have an associated reference in the reference list? Do you have references in the reference list that are not cited in the chapters?

Homework 3

 Review the article by Hemmatian (2019), on classification techniques. In essay format answer the following questions:

  1. What were the results of the study?
  2. Note what opinion mining is and how it’s used in information retrieval.
  3. Discuss the various concepts and techniques of opinion mining and the importance to transforming an organizations NLP framework.

In an APA7 formatted essay answer all questions above.  There should be headings to each of the questions above as well.  Ensure there are at least two-peer reviewed sources to support your work. The paper should be at least two pages of content (this does not include the cover page or reference page).

  • Your organization’s CEO has been considering how to address projected growth in your data processing functions by moving the workload to a cloud service provider. Current functions are executed in an on-prem data center on the same Local Area Network as the principal employee workforce. It is assumed some processing functions will remain on-prem during the transition.
  • You’ve just completed a Privacy Impact Assessment on the customer data your organization maintains and have assessed that it will require protection to ensure it is not openly accessible to the public.
  • Your CEO has asked what data security considerations must be addressed prior to proceeding to a cloud implementation.

In a one to two-page memorandum written to your CEO, explain the concepts of data security which will need to be addressed; these may not have held as high a priority in your on-prem deployment. Your CEO does not have an IT background, so structure your discussion for a non-technical audience. Remember, your CEO just wants to know what needs to be done. He doesn’t need to know the specific implementation details.

Project Description:

In this project, you will create table to meet objectives 3.1 through 3.3 of the Excel MOS Associate exam. To complete the project, you will create and format tables 3.1, modify tables 3.2, and filter and sort table data 3.3. Note: These projects are created for PC users since the MOS Exam is completed in the PC user environment.
