 The journal articles focus on empowering leadership and effective collaboration in geographically dispersed teams, please answer the following questions:

How do geographically dispersed teams collaborate effectively?

Please find at least three tools on the market that teams can use to collaborate on a geographically dispersed team. Please note the pros and cons of each tool. 

Based on the research above, note which tool you would select if you were managing the geographically dispersed team and why.

Networks have changed drastically over the last 30 years.  With the first introduction of the 56k modem, which was about 3 typewriter pages per second, to speeds well over 1Gbps these days, the ability to use networks globally, has changed the way we do business.  Using research, determine where networks will go in the next 5-10 years and how that might impact the global economy. 

Note: Minimum 250 words. Pargraph should be a minimum of 3-5 sentences. At least one scholarly source should be used. Use proper citation and references.
